How hard is it to come up with a theme for a male get well card. Luckily I know a little about the recipient of this card and know that he loves fishing. I have made the fish with fantasy film and added stickles to the sand to add some highlights. And my good old nestablilities have been used for the ovals. I am happy with the results - now I just have one more to come up with for the same person. That will stretch my imagination. Hmmmm......... what to do .... what to do........

Another Magnolia!
How cute is little Miss Tilda!!! I made this card just for something to do while my 3 boys where out being boys. I have made the flowers myself and have highlighted them with Perfect Pearls mist and stickles. I have coloured the larger doiley with Magical Mica's and I have also highlighted a few areas on Tilda with magical mica's and finally put a few highlights on the hearts and corners with the stickles. I just got my two new Magnolia stamps in the mail so can't wait to try them - but better not do that today otherwise my biggest boy (aka hubby) will wonder where the dinner is. Maybe I'll get to try them tomorrow :)

One of my favourites!!!!
This is my latest card made using my beloved Magnolia stamps and I must say I love it. I have really been spending alot of time practising and experimenting with my watercolouring and I am happy with these results. Isn't Tilda just gorgeous, so inspiring to work with. I have also been playing with doiley's alot - I have some beautiful hand coloured doiley's that I have done and will be using in future projects. This card also includes some of my hand made flowers. oh what fun I have been having!!!!!! I hope you like it x j
Gift Card Holders
These little cards are gift card holders, perfect for when you want to give a gift card to someone. I have got the design from a friend who showed me one that she had given to her. Aren't they just lovely! and relatively easy to make, just lots of scoring and cutting really. I will be making more of these.
